I want every trader to join the Loz Academy Mentorship Program with confidence, because this is a personalized mentorship that involves reserved coaching time, private support, and access to exclusive educational resources, refund requests are handled carefully and fairly.

Refunds May Be Considered If:

• You accidentally made a duplicate payment.
• You were charged an incorrect amount.
• I was unable to deliver the mentorship due to circumstances on my end.
• Your application was not accepted after payment has been made.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

• Changing your mind after enrolling.
• Lack of participation or failure to complete the mentorship.
• Unsatisfactory trading results or financial losses.
• Failure to follow the mentorship curriculum or complete assigned work.
• Inability to attend scheduled sessions due to personal commitments.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances outlined above, please contact us within 7 days of your payment. Each request will be reviewed individually, and any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
